If there has been a mistake with your order, please send an email to us at hello@tibacosmetics.com within 2 hours of placing your order stating your order number and we will try our best to resolve your matter.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, unfortunately we will be unable to amend it.

Yes, however we currently only ship within the UK, USA and Europe. We are working diligently to provide more locations.

TIBA Cosmetics are a cruelty free brand and does not conduct or condone testing on animals, nor do we ask anyone to do this on our behalf. We stand for high-quality, cruelty free products and TIBA strictly refrains from any animal testing.

All of our brushes are handcrafted and made from synthetic taklon hair, making them easy to clean, very durable and also super soft!

All of our sponges are also latex free!

TIBA does not currently offer a free shipping option at this time.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and all shipping services available will be displayed at checkout.

Please not that estimated delivery times are listed in working days, weekends and public holidays are not included

For shipments outside the UK, there may be additional delays due to customs and clearing, please keep updated via your shipment tracking link.
