RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

We hope you love your TIBA goodies, however, if you do change your mind, our return policy is 14 working days from the date of delivery. If your return is requested after this period, your return will not be accepted.

Due to health, safety and hygiene reasons, all items for return must be unused and in its original packaging, otherwise your return will not be accepted

We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

This does not affect your statutory rights to return within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason, providing the goods are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. 

Please note that original postage fees are non-refundable and return postage costs will be covered by the customer. We do recommend that you send your items back using a tracked service, we are not liable for any items lost during transit.

To request a return please send us an email at hello@tibacosmetics.com if your return is accepted you will receive instructions on how to return your items.

My items have arrived damaged or faulty

After receipt of your parcel, please make sure that all goods have been delivered in full and in impeccable condition. In the case that you notice any damage or defect, please contact hello@tibacosmetics.com with images of the damaged item(s) and you will receive instructions of how to return the damaged goods. Please note that any faulty product requests must be done within 7 days of receiving the item.

My return has been approved, what do I do next?

If your return is approved, please ensure all products are returned within 7 days of return receipt subject to the rules below:

  • Goods must be in their original condition; complete, unused. Please ensure the original product packaging is not damaged as this is a component of the original product.  We are not able to accept returns where the product packaging is used for shipping. 
  • When returning a set, we require all contents from the original set to be sent back. Incomplete sets or kits will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Our sponges are considered sealed goods, that means once the packaging has been fully opened, including the pouch, we are not able to accept these as return.

Refunds processed are for the cost of the products only and will not include shipping costs, note that original postage fees are non-refundable. Return postage cost is covered by the customer. 

 Do you cover return shipping costs?

We recommend obtaining tracking or delivery information when returning items. Should a parcel get lost along the way we will not be able to process a return without the respective tracking number.  

All items are inspected upon return to our warehouse.

A refund will be processed for items that are still in their unused, original condition and include all original packaging. Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept tested or used products. If an item is returned to us used, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you.

How long does the return process take?

All qualifying refunds will be processed within 7 days and will be issued to the payment method selected at checkout at the time of order.
